制作手工皂需要准備：橄榄油300克、椰子油 100克、棕榈油100克

1：加熱固態油

有幾種油在常溫下是固態，用隔水加熱到融化。

2：稱油

稱量你配方上的油品，將稱量好的油品，倒入一個大的耐熱及耐堿的容器內。

3：溶解氫氧化鈉

用耐熱的塑料杯裝好純淨水，把66克氫氧化鈉，輕輕倒入水中。

Tips：小心操作，不要濺出。溶解時會大量放熱，請在通風處操作，不要吸入揮發性氣體，以免損傷呼吸道。

放入氫氧化鈉後，用耐熱耐堿的工具輕輕攪拌，直到水溶液透明後請靜置降溫。

4：使油品溫度和氫氧化鈉溶液溫度保持一致

讓油品與氫氧化鈉溶液保持在35度到45度之間，溫度誤差不超過3度。

5：油堿混合

確認好溫度後，請手工皂推薦把氫氧化鈉溶液緩慢倒入油中，同時緩慢攪動油，讓氫氧化鈉溶液能充分融合。

請在混合初期耐心攪拌10分鍾，後面的過程可以每10分鍾來攪拌一下，只要讓油堿混合得充分就OK。

當肥液變成較濃稠的酸奶狀態，表面痕迹在3-10秒內不會消失，就代表已經可以入模了。

6：入模

拿出准備好的模子，把皂液輕輕倒入，晃動模子或者輕敲模子，使氣泡浮出。

7：保溫

在氣溫低過25度的天氣下，需要一個保溫箱來防止溫度流失過快。

Tips：泡沫箱是不錯的選擇。

8：出模

24小時後，打開保溫箱取出肥皂，把肥皂脫出模子。

9：切皂晾皂

如果你的皂體積很大，那就切開，把他晾幹。冷制皂通常需要4-8周的幹燥通風環境來晾皂。

　　不同時期的宣德爐在精度和質量上都有不同側重點。明爐重韻味，不管是整體或者細部的設計，都耐人尋味。明末清初的爐有拙樸的厚重感。雍正時期的爐線條柔和，而乾隆時的精爐工藝水平達到曆史最高點。值得注意的是，宣德爐底款的“德”字心上沒有一橫，當時有“省一德”之稱，經多方查證，也有不省一橫的。

3。觀察木質優劣。

打開家具櫃門、抽屜，觀察木質是否幹燥、潔白，質地是否緊密、細膩。如果有加入刨花板、密度板及一次成型板等材料制作的家具，要打開櫃門或抽屜，聞聞看是否有刺激性氣味。

4。觀察木質有無缺陷。

家具的主要受力部位如立柱、連接立柱之間靠近地面的承重橫條，不應有大的節疤或裂紋、裂痕。結構牢固，框架不得松動，不允許斷榫、斷料。家具上所采用人造板的部件都應實行封邊處理，各種配件安裝不得少件、漏釘、透釘。

5。觀察板面強度。

板面強調可用手指按，以感覺板面的牢度。一面材料應有井字形骨架來固定，如果骨架稀疏，一按表面就會感到虛空不實，面板顫動很大；抽屜底板應用手按壓，以試強度，一般隔板底多用層板，面積大的隔板應選用五層板制作。櫃門和抽屜開關要靈活。面板用薄木和其他材料覆面時，與成套産品色澤應相似，産品表面漆膜不允許皺皮、發粘和漏漆。

6。檢查穩定性和安全性。

觀察有無抽屜或門框傾斜現象，有無榫頭眼位歪扭或眼孔過大、榫頭不嚴等工藝水平低造成的部位歪斜。木制家具要具備安全性和穩定性能，當把兩個櫃門打開90度後，用手向前輕拉，櫃體不能自動向前傾翻；書櫃門的玻璃要經磨邊處理；穿衣鏡和梳妝台要安裝後背板，壓條應把玻璃面固定。家具個別的部位(例如腿腳、抽屜、櫃門或支架等)必須承托力夠。你應該輕推家具的上角或坐在一邊，試試家具是否牢固。

7。檢查接口。

宜選購采用鸠尾榫接合或蝶式接合。較重的家具應在角位用螺釘加上保護塊，並且粘好。至于背板部位，亦必須檢查是否鑲好，並且上好螺戶外家具釘。

8。檢查一下抽屜的滑道和門闩。

menu 1 檸檬鲭魚刺身

　　材料（2-3人份）：鲭魚刺身150克、洋蔥1/3個、檸檬1/6、亞麻仁油適量、鹽和黑胡椒纖維減重粉少許、蔥花適量。

　　將罐頭中的鲭魚進一步切成薄片後放在碟子上，洋蔥切絲鋪在魚肉上，撒上蔥花，吃的時候擠點檸檬汁即可

menu 2 蘿蔔絲拌油甘魚

　　材料（2人份）：油甘魚刺身70克、醋2勺、砂糖1清除宿便茶匙、鹽1克、胡蘿蔔20克、白蘿蔔200克。

　　將油甘魚切絲，用醋、砂糖、鹽腌10分鍾，胡蘿蔔和白蘿蔔也同樣切絲，然後放點鹽去掉水分，將魚和蘿蔔的水分隔掉後混合即可。

menu 3 油甘魚拌飯

　　材料（2人份）：油甘魚70克、紫蘇葉2片、醋4勺、砂糖3茶匙、鹽2克、米飯300克、白芝麻1茶匙、酸姜片20克。

　　首先將油甘魚用2勺醋、1茶匙砂糖和1克鹽腌10分鍾，紫蘇葉用手撕成小片，將剩下的砂糖和鹽溶解在醋裏，導入煮好的米飯中放于常溫中冷卻後，將油甘魚和紫蘇、切絲的醋姜片、白芝麻混合即可。

menu 4 果香燙油甘魚

　　材料（4人份）：白蘿蔔400克、鹽1茶匙、蔥花適量、柑橘類果汁和柚子適量、豆腐300克、油甘魚160克。

　　將白蘿蔔磨碎，剩下的汁液備用，在火鍋中放入1升的水煮沸，加入白蘿蔔汁和鹽調味後，再根據個人口味放入適量的柚子切片和柑橘類果汁。然後用來湯幹魚片，將白蘿蔔碎和蔥花放在醬油裏，就著油甘魚吃。

menu 5 味噌青花魚

　　材料（2人份）：青花魚罐頭190克、姜末10克、砂糖2勺、味噌3勺、白芝麻1茶匙。

　　將罐頭青花魚連同醬汁一同放入鍋中，加入姜末和砂糖煮熱，最後加去水腫入味噌與白砂糖調味煮熱即可。

menu 6 泡菜秋刀魚

　　材料（2人減肥代餐份）：秋刀魚罐頭120克、泡菜80克、芝麻少許、醬油半茶匙、醋少許。

　　將秋刀魚和泡菜混合後，加入醬油和醋調味，然後撒上芝麻即可。

menu 7 味噌青花魚蓋飯

　　材料（1人份）：青花魚罐頭30克、味噌半勺、姜末2克、砂糖1茶匙、白芝麻少許、水2勺、雞蛋1個、米飯150克、奇亞籽減肥醬油半茶匙、蔥花適量。

　　將青花魚與姜末、砂糖、味噌、白芝麻混合煮熱後，加減肥瘦身入水煮至汁料粘稠，打入雞蛋稍稍煮一下後，即可鋪在煮熟的米飯上，撒上蔥花，淋上醬油即可。

汐止月子中心-坐月子是女人重生的機會

坐月子是女人一生中最好的改善體質汐止月子中心時機。如果沒有坐好月子，將爲以後的身體健康埋下隱患。中國人講究坐月子，千萬不要以爲那是迷信哦，許多講究都是有道理的。

坐月子是女人重生的機會

一、生活上要注意：

1。一定要休養一個月或一個半月。産後兩周，除了吃飯和上洗手間以外，其他的時間一定要臥床。若常坐或起身走動，可能引起子宮下垂。

2。准備兩三條寬台北月子中心度約爲30---40厘米，長度可繞腹部12圈半的白紗布。産後要緊綁腹帶，防止內髒下垂。內髒下垂將導致婦女病，以及小腹突出，體形難看。綁腹帶還可改善産前小腹明顯的狀況。腹帶不能以一般的束褲和束腹帶代替。因爲它們不但沒有效果，還有反作用。

3。前兩周洗澡只能用溫酒水擦澡。做法是燒開的水和米酒各一半，加一點點鹽巴，用毛巾浸濕，擰幹，在身上擦。第三周月子中心推薦起可以淋浴，滿月後可泡澡。(順産者)

4。洗臉刷牙須用燒開過的水放至溫熱再使用。可以使用保養品。

5。嚴禁洗頭。因爲頭皮不能著涼。

6。不能抱小孩。否則可能內髒下垂。喂奶時可側躺著喂。

7。不能爲小孩洗澡，否則可導致腰酸背痛及手腳酸麻。所以，給小孩洗澡的時要交給LG等人。

8。要有安靜，舒適的環境。陽光太強時要拉上窗簾，保護眼睛。不能吹風，因爲産後全身毛孔都張開了，吹風易引起頭風及關節酸痛等，連扇子也不要搖。

9。月子 期間不能爬樓梯，産後半年內不能提重物，避免內髒下垂。

10。不要流淚，否則眼睛將提早老化，可能演變爲青光眼或白內障。少看書報和電視，一定要讓眼睛充分休息。

二、飲食方面要講究：

1。少食多餐。

2。産後半個月內嚴禁喝水、飲料及湯類，牛奶也不可以喝。因爲會喝成大水桶，會變胖，將來容易得風濕病或神經痛。可以用燒開的米酒代替水分(買商店裏的瓶裝米酒)。做法是將數瓶米酒倒入鍋內，不加蓋，大火煮沸後持續15分鍾以上。再將煮好的米酒水裝入熱水瓶備用。

3。不要吃鹽，生冷的食物，酸的東西也不能吃。(有理由的，很長我就不說了。)

4。半個月內避免吃青菜和水果。可吃點紅蘿蔔。月子內要吃水分少的水果。

5。半個月內禁吃魚類和肉類，可以多吃肝髒等。因爲疲勞的身體無法完全吸收魚、肉的養分，結果過多的養分，只會加重身體的負擔，月子中心産生“虛不受補”的現象。應該到第三周開始吃。

6。用麻油、姜和米酒料理食物。姜要爆透。
